The terrace has a bar table with chairs to enjoy a cooling breeze and the sea view or to enjoy the peace and quiet on the sunbeds! Of course, all bedrooms and the living room are equipped with new air conditioners (hot/cold) and the bedrooms and the veranda even have extra fans. There are plenty of shops, the Saturday market, various bars, many restaurants, sandy beaches and excellent public transport within a 5 to 10-minute walk. La Zenia boulevard, 8 other sandy beaches, beautiful golf courses, Torrevieja and Alicante airport are all easily accessible.
