This 88 m² holiday home accommodates up to 5 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and features a fully equipped kitchen. You enjoy air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and in the living room; the bedroom with the high bed does not have air conditioning. Furthermore, there is Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV with video on demand, a private fan, washing machine, and a private barbecue for outdoor meals. Step outside into your private garden and onto the uncovered terrace with beautiful views. The shared outdoor pool is 50 meters away and is open seasonally from mid-May to September, with a pool for adults and a children's pool. You also have access to a shared tennis court. Shared street parking is available and public transport is easily accessible. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Despite the central location with everything within walking distance, the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed. You are only 2 minutes' walk from the promenade with restaurants and the beach, supermarkets are 1 minute away, and a large playground is also nearby. A bus stop is a 5-minute walk away.
