This excellent property consists of a luminous living room with dining area and Plasma TV set, kitchen fully equipped, one bedroom, toilet and bathroom. Designed for comfortable accommodation of up to 4 people. SUITABLE for elderly guests as there are 2 lifts available in the complex. Available another 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in the same area, which makes it comfortable for big families or group of friends, to spend their holiday together and live next to each other. The complex is kept to the highest standard and is suited to families with kids, and more mature persons looking for a peaceful beachside location, for a relaxing holiday to an excellent standard. The accommodation is situated all on one level. Municipal swimming pools are about 280m from the property. In the sunniest time of the day, if necessary, the entire terrace can be completely shut down and protected by an unfolding soft-canopy awning. With stunning views looking out to the neighbouring Island of La Gomera, you soon realise what a beautiful Island Tenerife is. This is an ideal place for golf and tennis lovers, as Las Americas is just 15 minutes walk away, and there are lots of tennis courts nearby. There is a free car parking nearby, but if you choose not to hire a car there are lots of taxis around and a bus stop is just 20m. There are 3 big supermarkets (one is 24/7) close by and also few dozens of excellent bars, restaurants and cafes nearby. Only 50 min drive will take you to the Volcano - Mount Teide, and just an hour drive to the fabulous Loro-Parque in beautiful town of Puerto de la Cruz. Maximum number of Pets: 1.
