Property information

One of the leading interior designers of Tenerife gave this holiday home its exclusive touch. The beautiful, brand new january 2021 fully refurbished beach property is located on the first line of the El Medanos' main beach and offers amazing atlantic ocean and village bay views and lots of sun nearly all day long, directly from the living room and the little balcony. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has great design with a built-in fridge and a washing machine. In the bathroom, you'll find a very comfortable walk in shower. Its' exclusive location on the main beach is not the quietest area to stay in because just stepping out of the building you'll be directly on the beach, next to cafeterias and shops, what makes it however very comfortable. For the ones who want modern design, sea views, beeing central and close to the beach as well as to the surf and windsurf zones, this property is ideal! Obviously it includes unlimited 300 Mbit/s glassfiber line with 2,5 Ghz and 5 Ghz WiFi network and 4 Lan ports and a safe. Also included as always in our accommodations are bed linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer and an iron. We advise all our guests that the storage of sports equipment such as bikes, kitegear, surfgear, windsurfgear as well as other sports equipment inside this property is strictly FORBIDDEN. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.
