360 City Aparments, presents a new option to stay in Valencia, this new apartment has been completely renovated, finishing the works in February 2019, the project of work and decoration has been carried out by professional interior designers who have looked after the more detail so that the client can enjoy a comfortable stay, the accommodation is ideal for a family, with a maximum capacity of 5 people, with three single beds and one double, its fantastic location just 100 meters from the sea and very near the center of the city will guarantee an unforgettable stay.

Its location 100 meters from the sea, will allow us countless possibilities for leisure and sports. the beach of la malvarrosa has a multitude of possibilities for restoration, water activities and nightlife "Marina Beach". If we like sports and do not want to lose shape, just 50 meters from the house, we find one of the most valued health and fitness centers in the city for its facilities and its unbeatable value for money. If on the contrary we look for more a cultural visit to the center of the city, the area is perfectly communicated by public transport and equipped with all the necessary services for our stay.
