The apartment is located on the ground floor, in a newly built residence. It overlooks a large patio inside the structure, bordered by 2 entrances that turn on the promenade and towards the city. The solution is also convenient to access directly by car from the garage with automatic door and the elevator. It consists of a large open-space with equipped kitchen and living room where you will find a comfy sofa bed, a bedroom with essential spaces for a holiday, and a bathroom with a shower. The essentials for personal hygiene and the basic cooking products are provided as a courtesy for the first days of the stay; if they are not sufficient, the guest is invited to take care of it independently.
Fuerteventura is defined the island of eternal spring for its mild climate,the blowing winds (more or less strong during the different seasons)and the immense white and wild beaches. The landscape is barren, arid and the vegetation consists mainly of palms and Agave. Thanks to the incredible weather and to all the attractions of the island i recommend you to visit it at any time of the year and I'm sure that your stay is gonna be an unforgettable experience.
The apartment is in the picturesque town of Puerto del Rosario, famous for its murals, in the port area, well served and also accessible walking to all services: Bars, cafes, restaurants a shopping center and shops of the pedestrian Calle Primero de Mayo are closed by. Very close you will also find a beach promenade where you can admire over 100 sculptures in a ope air museum ( the name is Parque escultorio). Followuing the promenade you get tto Playa Chica, a beautiful beach and calm beach with soft winds and the crystalline waters. Also, not far, you can visit the Museum of Modern Art and the house "Museum de Unamuno". The proximity of the airport ( just 6 km) makes this flat a strategic point for a comfortable holiday giving you the possibility to visit the island from north to south by car rental or by bus departing from the station just 600 MT from the apartment.
