Located just a few minutes by car from urban centers like La Trocha Shopping Center in Coín, this house offers the best of rural surroundings without straying too far from urban life. Distributed over two floors, it includes two living rooms, a fully equipped American-style kitchen, and three bathrooms. The property features AirZone air conditioning to adjust the temperature in each room independently. On the ground floor, you'll find the dining-living room, a Smart TV for entertainment, a TV or workspace ideal for children that also serves as a laundry and storage room, and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom with two single beds is also on this floor, perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs. The upper floor includes four additional bedrooms: three with double beds (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a fourth with two single beds in a trundle format. All bedrooms are equipped with a desk, windows, and luggage space. Besides the en-suite bathroom, there is another bathroom with a shower in the hallway. The accommodation requires a refundable deposit after inspection, and respecting the community rules is recommended. Travel insurance is advised to cover potential water supply restrictions.
