Villa El Bruni is a modern, well furnished Mediterranean style house, 5 Min. drive away from the charming cove “Baladrar” by Benissa coast. Only 15 Min. separate us from the cute little coastal town Moraira. It offers some of the most prestigious beaches in the Costa Blanca where a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops can be explored, this is one of the reasons why Moraira has become a major hotspot for anyone looking for a peaceful and sunbath holiday experience. The villa offers parking for 1 car, from which, we flow towards a spacious terrace surrounding a private swimming pool, sunbeds, a BBQ, all encompassed by a subtle Mediterranean style garden. From the terrace, we approach a covered terrace with a summer kitchen and a coal BBQ and another Gas BBQ. The entire accommodation is on one floor. From the parking place, we enter through a living area equipped with A/C offering a combination of modern and traditional style decoration and a fireplace. The living room enjoys Sat; TV; DVD; Mini. Mac + Printer and an Xbox console with all kinds of games for the gamers. The living room is connected with the dining room, followed by a fully equipped kitchen that leads towards the covered terrace and the pool area. We find one double bedroom with A/C and an ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom with A/C and another shower room with a washing machine. To top things up, the villa has a roof terrace from which we can grasp a glimpse of the sea views and enjoy the breathtaking night sky.
