The apartment is located next to the Corredera square, one of the most emblematic places in the city of Cordoba. It is the only quadrangular main square in Andalusia and is located in the historic district of the Axerquia. It was built between 1683 and 1687. When you reach the square through one of its main arches, on Rodríguez Marín street, it is inevitable not to remember the Playa Mayor in Madrid. La Corredera is considered one of the largest and most picturesque squares in Andalusia and was declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in 1981. It is one of the best monuments in Cordoba that I recommend you to visit on your trip. It has many bars and terraces to have a drink. There is a lot of atmosphere at any time of the day and it is one of the meeting points among the Cordobeses. Also, there are some annual events such as the Carnival or the White Night of Flamenco.
