Enjoy the Beach is a modern, clean, and fully equipped apartment, perfect for making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Location: Just 1 minute walking from Playa Bellreguard. Family-friendly, quiet area with shops, bars, restaurants, and ice cream parlors within walking distance. The apartment offers: *2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a bunk bed (for 3 people). *Each room has its own closet and is equipped with bedding and towels. *Open kitchen, dining room, and living room with Netflix, NLziet, Spanish channels, and music options via Bluetooth or USB. *Pac-Man Deluxe Arcade Machine with 14 classic games. *Bathroom *Balcony, compact but private, offering a nice view of the pools of two adjacent buildings and part of the street.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a quiet building with a family-friendly atmosphere. It is accessible by both elevator and stairs. Parking is free throughout Bellreguard Playa and the surrounding neighborhoods. During high season, parking may be a bit crowded, but there is always a spot available. Our building also features a small pool with 2 showers for summer enjoyment. In the middle of summer, free activities for all ages are organized on the beach and in the sports and recreation areas behind our building by the town hall.

Booking Policy ❌ Maximum 4 people * Children and babies are very welcome! 😊 We don’t have a crib or high chair, but we do offer games, plastic cups and socket covers. Many families felt happy here. We recommend bringing what you need for your comfort. We’ll be delighted to host you! ❌ For health reasons and respect for allergies, pets are not allowed in the property and smoking is not permitted indoors. ❌ No reservations for groups of young friends. ❌ Reservations must be made and checked in by the staying guest. Third-party bookings and minors without a responsible adult are not allowed. ❌Activities that disrupt peaceful coexistence or the appropriate use of the accommodation, such as parties or the practice of prostitution, are not allowed.
