The House stands out for its large, bright and comfortable spaces and for its unique and quiet location, it is in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana. From the upper terrace, there are spectacular views of the mountains and the sea. It has different outdoor areas and an old "safareig" converted into a small swimmingpool to cool off surrounded by nature. The house is large and spacious, it has different areas to relax and enjoy its quiet location. The rooms are spacious and very bright, large and high-quality beds. All off them have built-in wardrobes with a lot of capacity. The main room is located on the upper floor and apart from being the largest, it has access to a large terrace with very comfortable furniture to enjoy the views of the sea and mountains. The house has three complete bathrooms with toilet, bidet and bathtub. One located upstairs next to the master bedroom, another is in the middle of the other two bedrooms, and the third is downstairs near the kitchen and main living room. The distribution of the house is the following, on the upper floor we find the master bedroom with bathroom and a living room with TV and fireplace, both spaces give access to a large terrace with spectacular views. Going down the stairs on the left, we find a hallway where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom between them. On the right, going down some stairs, we find the main floor with different entrances to the house, the main one from the front and the secondary from the kitchen, at the back. In this, we find the main dining room with a large window that gives us views to the sea and a fireplace. Separated by a large door, we find a distributor that gives us access to a bathroom and the kitchen with access to the back of the house with different outdoor areas. The house is surrounded by a large outdoor space, which has different areas, such as an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a modern wood-burning oven, which has a large dining table to enjoy outdoor meals.

Port d'Es Canonge is a small coast village very familiar and there is only 3 restaurants, a beautiful beach from where you can discover the tramontana coast, either from the sea or by trekking.
