Located in Papiol (Barcelona) and well-connected, the design house Papiol has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 3-storey property of 280 m² consists of a 45 m² living room with double-height ceilings, glass walls and a fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The large windows make for a light-flooded interior with wide open spaces and high ceilings. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning and a washing machine. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. A parking space is available on the street. Pets and parties or any kind of events are not allowed. Smoking is strictly forbidden (there are smoke detectors). Groups of young people are not allowed. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
