Property information

The Guesthouse is located inside a historic villa previously owned by a Countess. Situated in the center of La Concha Bay 500m from the beach La Concha, accessible by stairs 8 min walk. Enjoy epic views and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. A stroll along the promenade takes you to the old town where you can sample the famous Pintxos. Garage parking on request for 15 euros/night. Ask for more info and special rates. We look forward to welcoming you to San Sebastián.

Neighbourhood information

This is an old gentrified neighborhood, quiet and safe with no loud bars or restaurants. We are opposite a small park and palace. There are many ways to go into town walking, and coming back up you can take the bus which stops right near the villa, or a taxi late at night.
