The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning/heating in the kitchen, one of the bedrooms upstairs and the main living room, all rooms have radiators/heating. Ventilators are available upon request, a washing machine, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available upon request. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a huge garden, 4 open terraces with chairs, and tables, 3 covered terraces and a barbecue. The whole garden is walled 1m high, for the 3000m2, which is the rented area. But the whole property is 60.000m2, so guests are free to enjoy it if they like trekking or walking in nature. 8 parking spaces are available on the property and 2 in a garage. Pets are allowed upon request. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. There are audio recording devices on the premises. No groups of young people, parties or events are allowed. Additional bed is available upon request for a fee. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
