Large private estate of 700,000 m² surrounded by nature, with spectacular views of the mountains. Perfect for families with children, it offers playground, numerous games, barbecue and fully equipped kitchen. It has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 3 double beds, 3 singles and ceiling fans. A unique environment near El Escorial, very exclusive, full of activities, ideal to enjoy with family or friends and create unforgettable memories. Finca FuenteVieja offers multiple spaces to enjoy with family or friends. As it is a large plot, it has delimited areas where you will find a playground for children, a barbecue area and a large garden equipped with all the amenities to spend unforgettable days. Outside this fenced area, you have at your disposal the entire estate, ideal for hiking and discovering old military bunkers from the civil war. Following the path, you can reach a small Neolithic-style “village”, perfect for the little ones to have fun exploring. In addition, the farm has a small farm where you can meet animals such as ponies, donkeys, goats and more. *Note: The entire property is available exclusively to guests (100% private). However, from Monday to Friday, a caretaker resides on the lower floor of the property, in a completely independent area outside the area accessible to guests. He is in charge of the maintenance of the property. As it is a very large estate, continuous maintenance is required. He is a very discreet person who will not interfere with your stay.

A unique setting near El Escorial, very exclusive, full of activities, ideal for enjoying with family or friends and creating unforgettable memories. However, to get there, there is a 1.5 km dirt road. You have to enter from a place called “Naturescorial” and then follow the dirt road for 1.5 km until you reach the black gate that says “Dehesa FuenteVieja”. When you enter the property there is another 400m road that leads to the house.
