Close to paradise: The family-friendly Finca CAN VICENTO is located in the east of Mallorca. From there you can reach the port with the unique sandy beach "Platja de Porto Cristo" in 5 minutes.

Property information

Upscale finca with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and salt water pool in a quiet location near Porto Cristo, 5 minutes from the port. The single-storey, modern finca of approx. 145 sqm living space. has an electric entrance gate, which leads into the parking area with garage. Behind it it goes through a gate, secluded in the fenced, well-kept garden of approx. 3,000 square meters with salt water pool and lawn, as well as many flower bushes and a beautiful palm tree in the middle. The covered terrace has a Weber charcoal grill and a view of the surrounding area and an almond plantation, which in spring offers a sea of ​​flowers for cozy evenings in nature. The large pool has sun loungers, towels, a parasol and an outdoor shower for the perfect holiday for sunbathing, bathing and relaxing. The entrance goes directly into the large living / dining area with an adjoining American kitchen. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all electronic devices.
