Grandpa Beach House is an apartment 13 floor in front of the Albufereta beach. It is recently reforming with beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea. You have peatonal access to the beach from the urbanization. Full urbanization, adapted with lift from the parking, ramps for the pool(adults&children), playground, garden areas with tables and chairs where you can enjoy meals and dinners outdoors and sports area. Next to bus stop, tram, supermarkets and restaurants, near golf course.
Hello, we are Pepe and Vero from Alicante. We were born in this fantastic city. We are cheerful and calm. We'll be happy to recive you. We love riding a horse, going to the beach, and outdoor activities.
It is a quiet beach área, newly renovated, you could do some sea sports like padel-surf, snorkel, sailing courses in the Costa Blanca Yatch Club. Grandpa Beach House is 15 minutes from the golf course, sport center Arena, and the city center and really near from other beaches and hide beaches by car or public transports.Grandpa Beach House is in front of the Albufereta beach, 1 minute walking with peatonal access without cars. You have 5 minutes walking restaurants, coffee, bars, promenade, small and big supermarkets close to as Mercadona or Lidl, archaeological museum of Albufereta(Lucentum). Inside of urbanization you have parking, swimingpool with life guard on July and Agost garden areas with tables and chairs where you can enjoy meals and dinners outdoors and sports area with baskets and soccer goals.
