The villa is located 20 seconds from Albufera beach, in Alicante. It offers great views from the sea and the beach. Outdoor areas include a big chillout space (with loungers), a dinning space (with BBQ), playing area, the porch (with its breakfast-lunch area), and the upper terrace with the summer room (and its great sea views). Indoor areas include 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (all of them complete), a big kitchen (with direct access to the summer dinning room and the BBQ), a big living room (TV area with flatscreen smart TV + dinning room with big table).

The villa is located in the area of Albufereta, 3.5 kms from Alicante city center. The area has many restaurants opened during all the year, shops, promenades, the beach... And its extremely well communicated, with a Tram station 1 min walk from the villa, and bus stop 2 mins walk from the villa.
