This beautiful townhouse with communal pool and two large terraces is situated in Abades, a quiet fishing village in the south of the island of Tenerife. The accommodation has been decorated to a high standard and is ideal for spending time with family or friends. It has been designed with comfort in mind and can accommodate up to four people. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, internet access, air conditioning, a Smart TV and everything you need to enjoy a unique and carefree stay. Designed with great care and attention to detail, this townhouse is the ideal place to spend time with your family, partner or friends, as it can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to its spaciousness. It is divided into two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two single beds. In addition, and for greater comfort, there is another bathroom with a bathtub. On the other hand, the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen is open to the spacious living-dining room, equipped with a comfortable sofa, internet, Smart TV and a nice table where to serve meals. This space is directly connected to one of the terraces, the ideal place to enjoy the good weather of the area, relax reading a book or take advantage of the quiet evenings and the good atmosphere of the place. Its location, right in the centre of Abades, makes it a strategic place to visit the tourist points of interest in the south of Tenerife. Just a few minutes from the beach and with a fantastic connection to the motorway, visiting the rest of the island will be very easy. Abades is a small holiday village located on the southeast coast of Tenerife, in the municipality of Arico, between El Porís de Abona and La Jaca, formed by around eight hundred one or two floors white houses. With a beautiful beach with crystal clear water, restaurants, bars, bars, supermarkets and a small shopping centre. Known for a very good weather during most of the year, you can taste sea products on the terrace. A few meters away you will find a sports centre, a small town square and a small church. It has a short Maritime walk with benches where you can contemplate the wonderful views, and an area with a small pier where the fishing boats and those who want to enjoy this part of the coast of the island of Tenerife can access the sea. The surroundings are charming because the residential area is full of houses of the same or similar design, which does not alter the visualization of the landscape.
