It is perfect if you come for work, as well as, it is ideal for couples and families of up to 4 people. Enjoy the terrace, the views and the climate of Barcelona. It has air conditioning, a terrace with views and a unique location 10 minutes from Plaza España. The Check-in person will meet the guest to hand over the keys. All the information is detailed once the reservation is complete.

The apartment is located near Montjuic, a large green area if you want to walk, and 10 minutes from the area of Plaza España and Calle de Sants, which have a wide variety of shops and restaurants to offer you everything you need. You will love the place.

In case of requesting a Late Check-In after 8:00 p.m., a surcharge of 20 euros will also be charged, and after 00:00 a.m. there will be a supplement of 40 euros in cash, at the time of check-in.

The property will request a deposit for security in the establishment (if you bring animals, double the deposit will be charged for hygiene and safety reasons). It will be returned within 14 days after the end of the stay.

If the arrival time agreed with the agent is not met and the agent is forced to return, payment of a travel supplement will be required, equivalent to the Late Check-in, stipulated previously.
