This is very spacious apartment situated on the second floor, no lift but easy stairs but well worth it when you open the door. you will be welcomed by a clean, bright, airy sunny room. The lounge welcomes you in and offers you a lovely south facing balcony with table and chairs where you can enjoy a lovely glass of wine. For your entertainment there is smart TV with English channels, Free WiFi in the whole apartment, dining room table and chairs and ceiling fan. There are also 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The air conditioning is metered but we give you a free card which should last you your stay under normal use. Further cards can be purchased from the keyholder if necessary. Kitchen has washing machine, fridge freezer, hob, oven and microwave. The apartment is at the back of the Plaza which is quiet at night therefore you will sleep well

Dave and Carmen, the owners, live in the Netherlands. Kristin is the keyholder on location and will meet and greet you and show you how everything works so that you can settle quickly into the holiday mode. She lives locally, and you are always able to contact her should the need arise.

The apartment is in the PRIME location of Los Alcazares, the 525 Plaza where all the bars, restaurants and the beautiful beach of the Mar Menor. You can take part in all the water sports, kayaking, paddle board, windsurfing, kite surfing and sailing. There are many golf coarses in the area you will find 2 within 3 klms. Cycling is easy here as it is a flat location and many places you can hire. You do not need a car as you are on a main bus route, taxis at the end of the road. There are two weekly street markets walkable distance and a main supermarket and other shops in the Plaza. You have everything you need here to have a lovely holiday in a buzzing atmosphere.
