With more than 20 years experience within the hotel-, congress & event industry and staying in many accommodations around the world we wanted to create a place where guests can be relaxed and independent but where we also can use our hospitality skills. We believe that every guest is different and has other demands. Our aim is to assist you the way you want (before and during your stay) so that your visit to Fuerteventura becomes one of happy memories.

Property information

Our accommodation is located in Villaverde, a small, relaxed, authentic village in the North of Fuerteventura (10 minutes drive from Corralejo). The accommodation is designed by the local architect Beatriz Trujillo. In the house you will find everything you need: airconditioning, fast WIFI, kitchen, bedroom with kingsize boxspring bed, living room with dining area. In your private garden you can relax all day or after a day surfing, hiking etc. We have mountainbikes which you can use during your time. There are 2 sunbeds, picnic table, relax chairs, parasols and a barbecue. Since June 2025 we have placed an air conditioning to give our guests even more comfort!

Neighbourhood information

50 meters of Siempre Feliz La Casita Escanfraga you will find a bakery (open 7 days a week) where you can buy the best breads, sweets and coffee. All the local people visit this nice bakery in the morning. Villaverde offers 11 restaurants, 2 supermarkets and they are all within 5 minutes walking distance of our accommodation. Within 10 minutes drive you can reach the beautiful beaches of El Cotillo and Corralejo and their shops, bars and restaurants. From our accommodation you can easily go discover the island like Betancuria (the old capital), Museo del Queso Majorero. From Corralejo you can also make a boat trip to the isle Lobos or Lanzarote. Lajares with the layback surf atmosphere is by car only 10 minutes! A nice hiking tour to the volcano Escanfraga can be started from your accommodation. There is padel court just 3 minutes walk from the house. We provide padel rackets and balls for free! Siempre Feliz La Casita Escanfraga is the perfect place to live like a resident with all the privacy and comfort. We will assist you with all your questions for example about surfing, hiking, cycling, best restaurants, historical places and the hidden gems of the island!
