Property information
With a privileged location, this house has one of the best and most emblematic views of the city of Córdoba. Recently renovated, it has been decorated with furniture and objects designed ad-hoc to recreate a cozy and enveloping atmosphere.
The house is located 400 meters away from the Torre de la Calahorra and Puente Romano of Córdoba. It has a great location that allows you to walk to the historic center of the city in a few minutes. Perfect to forget about the car and walk in a wonderful environment.
Space:
The space, completely renovated and new, has a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen. It has two rooms, each with a separate bathroom. Absolutely all exterior.
Highlight the terrace, with an impressive view of the city as can be seen in the photos.
The rooms have a double bed. In one of them, if you want, it can be divided into two single beds.
The decoration pays special attention to details and finishes. From the polished cement floor with a pinkish mink tone, or the contrast of the dresser from the early 20th century with the photos of Valero Rioja.
The apartment has central air conditioning with heat and cold pump. Free Wi-Fi, TV, multiple halogen light positions, hair dryers in each of the bathrooms, toaster, coffee maker, iron, kitchen utensils and hangers
It has total independence for access through a box/Keybox that allows you to check-in comfortably without worrying about the arrival time.
Neighbourhood information
The area in which the apartment is located is easily accessible by road from any city. If you arrive by train, the best option is to take a taxi to the apartment. The price ranges between 7 and 9 euros.
On the other hand, it is easy to park on the same avenue or surroundings. Probably the most difficult time to do so are the days in which the Córdoba Fair is held.
