Los Avellanos 3 is a rural house located in Celis, within a private, fenced complex with three houses. The property offers beautiful mountain views and a large private garden with a barbecue. Spread over two floors, the ground floor features an open-plan living room, kitchen, dining area, and a guest toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 bedrooms with TVs and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. By the entrance, there’s a porch with a table and chairs—perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals. Additional amenities include TV, washing machine, books, and children’s toys. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as a cot and high chair. The house does not have Wi-Fi or air conditioning. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, and firewood is included. All rooms, including the living room, have heating. Outside, the house is fully private and fenced, with a spacious garden of about 400 m² and an exclusive-use barbecue. Guests also have access to the shared area of the estate, featuring a playground, mini-golf, basketball hoops, archery, and other toys.
