A large, completely private chlorine pool, measuring 10 x 5 metres (with depths between 1 and 2 metres), is the ideal spot for cooling off and unwinding. Surrounding the pool, comfortable sun loungers are perfect for resting and sunbathing, complemented by a handy outdoor shower. The furnished porch and dedicated barbecue area create the perfect atmosphere for enjoying open-air dinners as the evening draws in. Located in a residential area, the property offers a serene setting to disconnect and fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate of southeastern Spain. Inside, the entire property is arranged on a single floor for ultimate convenience, boasting modern and cosy decoration. The spacious living-dining room, complete with a Smart TV, is ideal for relaxing and sharing moments as a group. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and everything you'll need for holiday cooking. The house features four comfortable bedrooms—all with air conditioning and wardrobes: two with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a trundle bed. Three full bathrooms are provided, two of which are en-suite, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay.
