The villa will accommodate up to four people. The ground floor is open plan, and consists of a large lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a WC. On the first floor there is one double bedroom, with balcony and one twin bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a bathroom with bath/shower hair dryer supplied. Some of the many facilities include Air Conditioning, High speed Wi-Fi, Flat screen TV with British and European Channels, Amazon Echo. The kitchen has a microwave, electric hob, kettle, fridge/freezer, coffee filter machine and iron. There is a large private terrace area on the front complete with table and chairs, ideal for BBQ's or a spot of sun bathing. At the rear there is a communal landscaped garden area complete with seating, fountains and swimming pool.
I live in England, but our property in Torrevieja is hosted by Linda She lives on the complex, and will meet and greet you with the keys at the property upon arrival.
