The view of the blue Mediterranean sea from the villa, terraces and rooms is a fairy tale! This complete luxury villa is located in fantastic Denia, at the foot of Montgo in a quiet street. From your bed, the terraces and the swimming pool you can see the boats sailing to Ibiza. The villa is a few minutes from the center, harbor and beaches. Also only 15 minutes from the beautiful Javea (Xabia) with its old town, harbor, bays and Arenal. The detached villa with now 4 bedrooms (and 5 from March 2020), has several terraces, 2 (!) Swimming pools and free parking. The villa has several terraces in the garden around the house. In the evening a delicious glass of wine on the large balcony with a wonderful sea view, during the day under the olive tree again with a sea view, or at the plunge pool or Grande Pool with a view of the sea and of the well-known Elephant Mountain, Montgó. The property is accessible from the street with a wide staircase just a few steps down. The house is built in such a way that it is in principle fairly cool in the summer and also in the house due to the ventilation system in the window frames. The area is wonderfully quiet and safe.

The beautiful center of Denia can be reached within a few minutes. The 2 large supermarkets Lidl & Consum are a 5-minute drive away. In culinary Denia or in the harbor you can always go for a delicious breakfast or dinner in more than 350 restaurants. Every Monday & Friday there is a market in Denia and every day at 16:00 the fishing boats arrive in the harbor at the fish market. Denia has unique sandy beaches where beach bars are open all summer and where you can rent sunbeds with a parasol. Las Rotas is known for its beautiful rocky beaches and bays with restaurants and bars above the water. Here you can also snorkel, kayak or stand up paddle to a sea cave. For the kids there is a big Wipe-out in the sea at restaurant Fernando, but also shopping in the main street Marques del Campo with its many nice shops, bars and restaurants. Calle Loreto is our favorite food street with many restaurants and terraces. Then dance in the Club Condado, Disco Sounders (Haven) or up there in the open air at Ibiza-like MarSerena. Zensa Marina with Pool. Lounge and DJ Booth or Discotheca Hacienda are also popular nightspots. Visit the large indoor Shopping Mall La Marina, right off the AP7.
