This 62m2 apartment is located on the third floor of a secure building with elevator in the historic center of Malaga. There is centralized air conditioning and heating with filtered air and soundproof windows to make you feel comfortable in any season and at any time of the day. The entrance opens into a hallway, which leads to the living room, kitchen, then to the bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, pots and pans. The kitchen, dining room and living room are spacious, and have multiple exterior windows, receiving lots of natural light. The living room has a sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. In the bedroom, you will find a double bed, two bedside tables, a private bathroom, a closet and two windows overlooking the patio.

The location of an apartment is very central. Indeed, you will have the most important attractions of Málaga at your doorstep: - 3 minutes on foot from the main street Calle Larios. - 6 minutes on foot from Málaga Cathedral. - About 15 minutes walk from the central beach La Malagueta. A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, discos, and tourist activities is also available in the surroundings of the apartment. The city center of Málaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover the Andalusian culture and local customs. This city is the cradle of artists like Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. The nearest bus and taxi stops are just 7 minutes away at la Plaza de la Marina. The main train and bus station is 20 minutes on foot. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the trip will take you 20-30 min depending on the transport you choose. There are several parking lots nearby, the closest one, Parking Tejón is just 2 minutes away on foot. There is no free parking in the historic center of Málaga.
