Kora Nivaria Beach is a complex of apartments and villas located in Abades, a small coastal village of white houses in the south of Tenerife. A natural environment with overwhelming sunrises and endless views of the sea. In our Gastro Corner Slow you can enjoy a selection of gourmet products from the island, as well as breakfasts and gastronomic experiences where local produce is the star. Neighbourhood information

Abades is a very quiet town with white houses. It has several bars and restaurants, a supermarket just 50 meters from Kora Nivaria Beach, a couple of beaches and coves with hardly any constructions around it, and a coastline with well-cared sea beds perfect for snorkelling and diving. The surroundings offer a large number of paths for hiking and discovering its coves. We love running to the Porís lighthouse, a memorable path between tabaibas, sand and the noise of the waves. But what we highlight the most about Abades is its location: halfway between the north and the south of the island, it is the perfect place from where to set up the base camp and organize excursions to the most incredible places on the island, since it is very connected by highway and is halfway to everything.
