Casa La Hondura is located in the south-east of Tenerife, in the small and quiet coastal village of Las Eras, far away from mass tourism. This light-flooded and modern but at the same time cosily furnished holiday home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen that opens into the spacious dining and living room and a sunny terrace with sea views. The house offers a wind-protected outdoor area in front of the entrance with a dining area and an outdoor shower. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed, and one shower room. From both upper bedrooms you can enjoy the wide view of the sea or the beautiful sunrises. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and modern soundproofed windows with blackout options. The living room has a 65-inch Smart TV and sound bar. The TV in one of the upstairs bedrooms is 45 inches. . There is wifi connection throughout the house and for remote workers (digital nomads) a space with a work table can be set up. The high ceilings and the large windows in the living and kitchen area give this elegant house a particularly pleasant atmosphere. We have air conditioning in the living room as well as in the main bedroom. Airconditioning is in the living room as well as in the main bedroom. Parking is easily available in front of the house. The beach is only a few minutes' walk from the property, as well as a small shop, a restaurant and a cafeteria and two diving schools. The nature reserve La Hondura, which stretches along the coast, is visible from the house and several hiking trails go into this area directly from the exit of the village. The international airport Tenerife South Reina Sofia is only 23 kilometres away. Las Eras is the ideal starting point to explore both the south and the north of theisland. The small village of Las Eras is located on the south-eastern coast of Tenerife, an area that is generally considered to be very sunny, close to the natural site of La Hondura. The house is situated only a few minutes away from the beach and amenities such as a grocery shop, cafeteria and restaurant. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you will find an individual holiday here in untouched nature, away from the tourist centres. You won't find any big hotels, chic shopping arcades or nightlife in this little village. It is an ideal starting point for exploring both the north and the south of the island. The island has a lot to offer. However, if you want to interrupt the peace and relaxation, you can quickly reach Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas, about 32 km away, where there is a vibrant exuberance day and night. The island capital Santa Cruz, whose lively city centre is worth a visit and whose cultural programme is not to be underestimated, is also not far away, about 35 km. It is only about 23 km to Tenerife's southern airport, Reina Sofía.
