Welcome to Maderas Apartments, a bright and cozy group of bedroom apartments featuring plenty of charm, located in the eclectic Puente de Vallecas. Home of the most celebrated Spanish writer Cervantes, and home to three treasures declared humanity heritage, the district is rich in both history and culture. Supermarkets, bars, and tasty Peruvian, Meditarranean and Chinese restaurants are just around the corner. To explore more of the city, the Puente de Vallecas (10 min) and Nueva Numancia (9 min) metro stations are both within easy reach. - The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID card or passport, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival. Driver’s licence is not accepted. - The accommodation is in a building without elevator

Puente de Vallecas it’s an easy metro ride to the unique Jardín Vertical Caixaforum (25 minutes) and the breathtaking The Royal Palace and The Plaza de la Armeria (37 minutes). Other points of interest we recommend include Puerta del Sol, accessible in a direct 25-minute metro ride, and the Cascada Parque El Retiro (36-minute metro ride). Ready for some shopping? Visit the popular Centro Comercial Plaza Rio 2 (36-min by metro) for boutiques and international fashion brands.
