Housed in an old convent, dating from the 17th century, this Parador hotel has kept its original character and architecture, including a magnificent cloister and gardens. Admire the lovely setting of this hotel. Stroll around the gardens – complete with cypress trees and roses. In the summer months you can enjoy a dip in the Parador de Chinchon’s seasonal outdoor swimming pool.
