The property is fenced and there are no neighbours around so you'll enjoy total privacy. Inside, the spacious living - dining room with AC, invites to share moments at the dining table or watching the TV-sat. If you like cooking, you'll love the well equipped airy kitchen with a ceramic hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. The same floor features a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite shower bathroom, as well as a toilet. Upstairs you'll find 3 more bedrooms, one with twin beds and two with a double bed each; one of the latest also has an en-suite with a jetted shower. The 4 bedrooms have AC, a closet or a walk-in closet and two bedrooms upstairs have access to the top terrace. A bathroom with a bath completes the top floor.

The property is located in a quiet environment, 2.5 km from the town of Ses Salines, well known thanks to the production of marine salt and where you'll find the basic services for an independent stay. The nearest beach is 4 km away in Colonia de Sant Jordi, a coastal village with good sea food restaurants. However, you can also visit other nearby beaches like Platja de's Dolç or es Trenc.
