Located in Puerto Rico, Sally’s Nest apartment has been completely renovated and made even more welcoming. The 38 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped corner kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a spacious shower and washing machine. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, with the possibility, upon request, to add another person (service available for an extra fee). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a smart TV, ideal for both leisure and work. Bed linen and towels are included. The accommodation does not offer air conditioning, but a practical fan is available. The private terrace is furnished with comfortable chairs and a table, perfect for outdoor breakfasts. The residence features a communal pool for adults and a smaller one for children, both subject to opening hours and regulations, with umbrellas and loungers available depending on availability. There is also a poolside restaurant where guests can have lunch or dinner (service available for an extra fee). Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed and parties are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The property is equipped with security cameras and/or audio recording devices. The location is convenient: only 250 metres from supermarkets, 600 metres from the city centre, and 900 metres from Puerto Rico beach. There is also a bus stop nearby. Private parking is not available, but you can park along the street adjacent to the residence. The accommodation is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility due to the presence of steps. Please respect the condominium rules posted at the entrance of the building and the apartment.
