Property information

This modern and cosy flat, recently renovated, is located in the south of Tenerife, in the charming village of Puerto Santiago. Our flat is located in an apartment complex with a large central communal swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and relaxing on the hottest days. It has two bedrooms, one double and one single, living room with open plan kitchen with washing machine, Smart TV, high speed wifi and a terrace from where you can enjoy the excellent climate of this area. Another advantage is the free private parking space that we offer to our guests. A comfortable way to arrive and not having to look for a parking space (we recommend to book it in advance). Important information... Late check-in after 22:00 has an additional cost of 20 Euros. Payment will be made on arrival at the establishment, to the person who will check you in.

Neighbourhood information

This accommodation is an excellent choice for those looking for a quiet location and not too close to the usual tourist centres, however, there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and other basic amenities within walking distance. The nearest beach is 120 metres away, LA ARENA beach is 650 metres away and Playa Santiago is 300 metres away. The best water park in the world, Siam Park, is only a few minutes drive away, as well as the tourist areas of Playa de Las Americas, Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos.
