When booking more than 5 rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply. A security deposit will be requested to pay at the confirmation of the reservation.

Pet-friendly accommodation, ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The conditions are as follows:

• A dog supplement of 12 EUR per night and a cleaning fee of 25 EUR per stay apply

• Maximum weight: 10 kg

• Accommodation with dogs includes 1 ecological drinking fountain (1,000 ml), 1 ecological feeding bowl (750 ml), 15 biodegradable bags, 1 bag dispenser, 1 bag of healthy treats, and 1 ball.

• Dogs are only accepted for reservations staying in the double room, triple room or junior suite.

• Dogs are not allowed in areas where food or drinks are served or in wellness areas (swimming pool).

• Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number as a guarantee for your reservation. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with all current data protection regulations

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
