The fully equipped private kitchen is open to the dining area, and the living room offers a five-seater sofa. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, self check-in, and barrier-free access inside. On your private balcony, you have two sun loungers and a small table—perfect for enjoying the sea view and sunsets over the bay and the Atlantic. The two communal outdoor saltwater pools and the children's pool invite you to relax. Additionally, a tennis court and a mini-golf course are available, partly for an extra fee. The nearest beach is about a 15-minute walk (approx. 600 m) away. There are communal parking spaces on the property. Events are not permitted. A car is essential for exploring the area and shopping, as the nearest shops are 12 km away in Antigua. The accommodation is about a 20-minute drive from the airport; public transport is not available. On your way from the airport, you will pass shopping centers in Puerto del Rosario, where you can buy groceries and drinks. Wi-Fi and internet are reliable, but there is no mobile phone reception in the area. A few days before your arrival, you will be contacted with check-in information.
