Located in unique spot of Sotogrande with direct and private access to the beach (10 steps away) , and views to the sea and beautiful gardens. Two bedrooms and two full ensuite bathrooms, one with a King Size bed, the second with three beds. Renovated in May2022. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi, sofa and chairs. Terrace equipped with a comfortable table and 4 chairs & bench Air conditioning and fans in all rooms. Private parking and Private security
I am from Spain originally. I like sports, meeting new people and going out. I also love entrepreneurship and working hard to achieve goals.
It´s Sotogrande. A unique place in Europe. Full of class. Beauty. Incredible gardens and ports. All surrounded by private security in the whole condo. You may choose to walk anywhere around Sotogrande, I usually bike everywhere. If you want to forget about the car for a few days you can. Obviously, if want to check out the rest of Cadiz it´s recommended to have a car. There is a train station that can get you here straight from Madrid or fly into Gibraltar or Malaga.
