184 m2 duplex penthouse (including 78 m2 of terrace) with fantastic shared green areas and 4 swimming pools in the complex: • The lower floor is composed of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite), a bright living room with indoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy private terrace. • The upper floor comprises the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, plus a giant private terrace with sea views and featuring an alfresco dining area, a private heated pool/Jacuzzi, a fancy BBQ and solarium. • Small pets allowed (Only up to 10 kg for 10 EUR per day) • Parking : 10EUR/day • Jacuzzi: (15EUR per day) • 4 Swimming pools in the complex —Open from April 13, 2025, to September 30, 2025  (Wading pool is open the whole year) • The booking and payment of pool heating must be made in advance to ensure availability and proper temperature adjustment. PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES • Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: 150EUR • Lost keys or damage to entry lock: 250.00EUR (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125EUR. • Damage to keys set: 50EUR • Smoke in the apartment: 200.00EUR • The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of 1000 EUR will be deducted from the security deposit.
