Fully newly Accommodations classified as "Turismo de Interior" in the old town of Palma at Sa Gerreria neighborhood. High standard quality with a luxury style. The one bedroom's living places are newly decorated. Capacity for up to 2 adults + 1 kid (master bedroom with a double bed, also has a sofa bed in the living room). We can install a cot, on request, for an additional cost. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Fully equipped and stylish apartment, and very quiet. A/C, TV and Wi-FI included. Views to a little and quiet street. Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom and the living room. Building without an elevator. We do not recommend the upper floors for families with small children in strollers, due to the narrow nature of the stairs. The apartment is located in an area for residents only. In order to access the property by car, it is essential that you obtain a driver's license. We will give you instructions when you make the reservation.

Neighbourhood information

“Sa Gerreria” is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and because of its low mass and it has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has great presence of urban art. No private transport is required as the spot is centrally located. You will be right 5-10 minutes walking from the main city atractions such as Cathedral, Plaza Major or Passeig d’es Born.
