Property information

Two bedroom ground floor apartment with AC in living room, ceiling fan in all rooms and Smart TV approximately 80m walking distance from Playa Colon. Close to restaurants, gym, pharmacy and the high street. Walking distance to 3 Beaches (Lo Pagan, San Pedro de Pinatar, Santiago De la Ribera). Dos Mares shopping centre is about 20mins walk away. Air Force Base is also walking distance from the property. There is also street market in the neighbourhood Wednesday and Thursdays weekly and various activities almost all year round.

Neighbourhood information

The promenade is 80m from the property. Walking or running from air force base to san pedro de pinatar very relaxing with good cafes to relax and get great view of the sea and look into the horizon along the way.
