Villa Ana Maria with Cueva con Vista Is an original townhouse in a dreamlike pedestrian ally of the barrio Santa Cruz in the old town of Alicante with magnificent views over the city and the Mediterranean Sea and with beach, shops, restaurants, nightlife and sightseeing within 5 minutes´ walk. The townhouse is equipped with every convenience for your confortable stay and the guest cave apartment is a romantic gem. Santa Cruz is a neighborhood full of joy, life, and visitors. Tourists mingle with neighbors and are always welcome. It is a friendly place of extraordinary beauty. You will find bars and restaurants where you can relax and enjoy typical tapas and wines from Alicante. The privileged position of Villa Ana Maria compensates for the stairs and the slopes you need to climb. Here in Santa Cruz, you can relax from the crowds down in the old town and still find yourself only a stone´s through away from everything. Villa Ana Maria has been our home in Spain for more than 20 years. It is refurbished and decorated as a home and not as rental property.

There are hundreds of restaurantes and bars, museums, concert halls, theaters, beaches, and parks withing less than 10 minutes' walk. Alicante is well known for its abundance of high-quality restaurants, but don´t forget the food market (5 minutes), which is a Mecca for food lovers or just to enjoy the walk.
