Nestled within greenery, Villa Luise Vives is located in Port de Pollença and boasts a view of the sea and the mountains. The spacious house consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table, 5 bedrooms (3 with 2 single beds each and 2 with one double bed each) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washing machine. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. A table tennis table and a billiard table are also provided for your entertainment. Your private outdoor area consists of a garden, a balcony, terraces (open and covered), a pool, a barbecue area and an outdoor shower. Your covered terrace with a long dining table invites you to enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones while the open terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee while you overlook the mountains. In approximately 17 minutes walking you will reach the centre of the town which offers shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The nearest supermarket is an 18-minute walk away (1.5 km). Spend the day at the long, sandy beach of Port de Pollença which is approximately 20 minutes away on foot and unwind under the sun. Palma de Mallorca airport can be reached by car in 52 minutes (67.5 km). Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
