Villa Maravilla is a luxurious villa on two floors with top quality finishes. It has six bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, plus a guest bathroom close to the dining area. The interior is modern and welcoming, with designer furniture and contemporary decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area has a large dining table, perfect for all the guests. Outside, Villa Maravilla offers a wonderful swimming pool, comfortable sunbeds, a furnished area for sharing snacks, a chill out area and an exclusive Jacuzzi. There is also a garage area.

Neighbourhood information

This property is located just a few metres from the beach, restaurants and leisure activities, with easy access to the motorway to travel to any part of the island. Public transport: less than 200 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in just 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma
