The 163 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. All bedrooms are equipped with closets and air conditioning / heating (which, in line with local initiatives of saving and energy efficiency, are scheduled for use from 5:30 to 7:30pm and 10pm to 9am).
