Area information Our villa is located in an exclusive luxury residential area, Rokabella, on the seafront of Costa Adeje, which has top quality private facilities. The natural surroundings are further enhanced by green spaces designed for the enjoyment of young and old alike. Roadways, pavements, street furniture, children's playgrounds... Everything is perfectly integrated so that vehicles and people can coexist serenely. **NOTE* We inform our esteemed guests that construction works are being carried out in the vicinity of the location of the Villas, with an established timetable from 09:00 to 18:00 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
