You will enter the main house through a large antique solid wood door that leads to a fully equipped kitchen combined with a dining room with a large table for 8 people. Going up 2 steps you access the rest area with 2 comfortable sofas and a TV. A corridor from the living room will take you to the large master bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom, which can be a perfect option for families with small children. Also, from the living room you have access to a complete bathroom with shower, crossing which you will get to a double bedroom with 2 single beds. From each room in the main house, you can enjoy stunning views of the sea. The guest house is accessed through a small typical Mallorcan patio. This house has the following distribution: upon entering you reach the first bedroom with a sofa bed, from here you access a hall with a large closet and access to another bedroom with its double bed and the complete bathroom with a bathtub. Villa Son Vives is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay with your family and friends: air conditioning in the bedrooms of the main house and ceiling fans in the guest house, heating, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine and complete kitchenware), sheets and towels (bath and pool), and much more.
