Our properties: Villa Victoria Barcelona, Victoria City Center (1 and 2) and Victoria Diagonal Mar (1 and 2). Information Notes: 1) Location and rules: Villa Victoria Barcelona is located within the city, in a residential area. Guests are asked to respect the neighbors' quiet hours. Quiet hours: 22:00 to 09:00. Pool and heated spa hours: 09:00 to 22:30. A decibel detector is installed out of respect for the neighbors. 2) Booking conditions: The person signing the rental agreement upon arrival must be over 25 years old. Parties or noises that may disturb neighbors are not allowed. 3) Maximum occupancy: Only the number of guests specified in the booking may stay overnight. Any additional overnight guest will incur an extra charge. Any visitor during the day, even if not staying overnight, must be previously notified and authorized by the property.

Villa Victoria Barcelona is a unique property of over 550 m² located within the city of Barcelona, set on a plot of more than 600 m² with spacious terraces, a swimming pool, a heated spa and a private garden. This villa, awarded the highest tourist classification of five keys, offers an unparalleled experience of comfort and exclusivity in the heart of Barcelona. Upon entering through the main door, guests are welcomed by an impressive entrance hall featuring marble staircases, bronze chandeliers and 18th-century Chinese vases. On this floor there is a large games and meeting room, an open-plan space of nearly 170 m² designed in a loft style. It offers entertainment with a ping-pong table, foosball, billiards, game area, bar, sofas, television and reading corner. This level also includes two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. The first floor features four double bedrooms, each with its own distinctive character, and three full bathrooms, two of them en suite. On this level there is also a spacious living room with a television, comfortable sofas and an inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or planning the day’s itinerary. Next to the living room is the dining area, which seats up to sixteen guests, and a modern Italian-design kitchen equipped with high-end Siemens appliances such as two refrigerators, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, creating a functional and elegant space. From the kitchen, guests have direct access to the garden, swimming pool and heated spa. The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool and a heated spa, with capacity for six people. On the second floor there is a small studio and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, both providing access to a 160 m² chill-out terrace with wooden decking, elegant latticework, seating and sun loungers. On the opposite side of the terrace is the tower room, also with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace.

Every detail has been carefully selected to provide an exceptional stay, including air conditioning throughout, spacious and bright double bedrooms, Wi-Fi connection, televisions in every room, safes, fully equipped bathrooms and a refined balance of antiques and modern furnishings. Villa Victoria Barcelona is located in a quiet residential area, yet very well connected to the rest of the city. The Sagrada Familia and the modernist complex of Hospital de Sant Pau are only ten minutes away. Nearby, guests will find shops, supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants, all within walking distance for maximum convenience. The villa enjoys excellent transport connections, with a bus stop right in front of the property, a metro station just a few minutes’ walk away and taxis easily available at any time, making it simple to move around the city with ease.
