This fully renovated 2-room apartment is pleasant to live in and is located in Cros de Cagnes, a former fishing village. You will enjoy the shops, the village life with its traditional boutiques, the beaches, and a human-sized living environment, ideal for holidays. The apartment is on the first floor with an elevator and consists of an open kitchen to the living room, a bedroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet. A parking space for a small city car is included. Air conditioning is available in the living room. Cagnes-sur-Mer offers a richly contrasting environment: the hill and the medieval city with its castle overlooking the lower town, as well as its extension towards the sea with the fishermen's village. The town is close to the most beautiful hiking trails and cycle paths. It benefits from an ideal location, between Nice and Cannes, near highway access and with the hinterland easily accessible.
