Beautiful studio located in the center of Cannes Charming flat perfectly appointed for a couple or two single people located at 3 minutes walk to the Palaus des Festivals, the heart of Cannes and all the beaches. Located on the 1st floor with elevator, this bright studio entirely renovated and furnished with taste offers all the advantages of the proximity of the city center while benefiting from the calm. Air-conditioned, it offers the following layout: entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, a fridge, a washing machine, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, a shower room with toilet and a main room with two beds (90x190)which can either be separated or twinned (180x190) and a dining area.

This studio flat is ideally located a few meters walk from the main shopping street of Cannes called rue d'Antibes but also the train station, beaches and for those who will come for work, it is located 240 m from the Palais des Festivals, 3 minutes walk. The street is very quiet but the studio is close to all restaurants on Hoche Street and many supermarket will allow you to buy some food.
